An issue of Trajan, I believe, and possibly Trajan's column depicted on the reverse? If that's supposed to be a deity or personification instead, it's terribly indistinct at this stage of deterioration.

I could easily be all wrong on this, too....

IMHO, I don't believe that is a column.

I am more inclined to believe that your coin is similar to something like this: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=2833922

The style for RIC 392 varies a lot and I am not sure I see an altar on your coin (it may just be worn)

Here is another one that is quite worn. I think it makes it plausible that your coin does have an altar, just well worn
