I recently inherited a stamp and coin collection from my grandfather. There are a ton of silver, half dollars, random stamps and other assorted coins, but this coin stuck out the most as its individually sealed. 1918 $5 Gold Head Indian Coin. Any thoughts on it?

It is hard for me to see but are you sure it is 1918? No $5 coins were struck then so that is confusing.

It is worth at least about $350, but I can't tell what condition it is in.

Take more zoomed in detailed photos as it is impossible to tell condition of the coin now
