Symbol coins have multiple symbols on either side. They are there in multiple and varied combinations.

The recumbent bull is "Nandi", Lord Shiva's vehicle according to Puranas (Purana means recorded history). Golden apple leaf also is connected with Shiva. It is considered sacred and is offered in prayers to Shiva.

JAIPUUR
City of Jaipur was founded around 1728.AD. by Maharaja Jeysingh. The state went through mixed fortunes with Maratha incursions and internal fights. They became British proectorate in early nineteenth century. Now it is part of the state of Rajastan.
