NEWP: 1909 V.D.B - Happy Father's Day to me! I picked this little cent over the weekend as a Father's Day gift to me. I have had Red and Red Brown V.D.B.'s before, but this "Brown" one demanded my attention. What do you think in comparison to PCGS? Definitely Brown with very nice color and strong luster showing in the images. I agree it could go 65BN unless the graders were grumpy and knocked it down to 64BN.

Super nice coin. Are the photos yours or are they PCGS photos. They are excellent.
I would say MS65BN I was thinking to go 65+ but for the mark beneath the your of Pluribus I had to knock it down.

I was informed by another member that this coin used to be housed in a NGC MS66BN holder, but now resides in a PCGS MS65BN holder.
