ichirensha Pillar of the Community United States 560 Posts	Posted 03/03/2008 10:33 pm Although, I've never been inside Royalty Coins, I've passed by it hundreds of times. I've read and heard many good things about this coin shop which is located in a beautiful and historic building right in the heart of downtown San Antonio on the riverwalk. It has been there for as long as I can remember and is said to be very reputable. Alamo Heights Coins is another one that has been around forever. It is a small little place tucked away in a strip center of an old but affluent area of town. I've always found the prices to be reasonable and the staff to be half way friendly if you can put up with Jim and his brashness; Seinfeld would label him a "loud talker". There are a couple more places in town but I've never visited these nor heard anything good or bad about them. Report this Post to the Staff

I'm also planning on visiting one called Lonestar Coins. So far ive only been to one coin shop, the regular one I go to... But I'm lookng forward to this trip. Report this Post to the Staff
