It's a normal circulated 1967 cent. None from that date have a mintmark.

Mine is on a thick planchet and weighs 3.80 g. Is this normal?

3.8 grams would not be normal. It would be struck on a rolled thick planchet and at 3.8 may be far enough out of tolerance to have some premium (Maximum tolerance weight is 3.24 grams) How much premium I'm afraid I can't say. Your not going to get rich on it.

Thank you, I appreciate your help. I called the local coin expert and all he would tell me was to put it up for auction. If it's rare I want to keep it, it's my first cool penny.
