I would not buy 10 set of anything right now from any mint, especially RCM products due to simple fact of too many issues and the chance they take a good thing and colourize it, but it's like anything collectible until the official sources are soldout, how can you expect a secondary market to develop.

@onecad Whenever I hear about these "secret" promotions, I email my rep. Does the Mint actually think that they can get away with these random offers to a select few? This is absolutely shameful and I do make a big deal out of this with the RCM. Can you somehow post the offer on here? This gives me more ammunition. Thank you.

WOW, I didn't know it was a limited offering, and surprised, how do I post it here?
Good luck in your fight; I've been fighting for months to have the same notifications as those using a rep. and did manage to get some satisfaction from customer support but it took persistence.
I agree there should be a consist set of rules around the Master Club Program and customer privileges; no reason why it can't be explained why some get the offer and others don't.

One thing I did learn is there are 2 different programs at the Mint, they call them, inbound and outbound. Outbound = Reps, Inbound = Online store. I've been offered the outbound program several times and declined.

@onecad Thank you for the posting of the offer. My rep said this offer is for clients that have not ordered in a long time. So, clients like me who order all the time, do not qualify. Shame on them. I did not bother to respond to his answer. Don't care anymore. Their responses are pathetic.

Your persistence in navigating through the blurry and confusing channels of RCM service delivery is quite interesting and glad to see it seems that you're making progress. It would make perfect sense if rep-less MC customers were offered different buying incentives. No rep to pay...otherwise RCM makes more money off you than regular MC customers.

If you are just a good loyal customer, you get less, it was the same with the stupid TD Canada Trust recent promotion of a free Samsung Tab to new customers but nothing for existing loyal patrons.

Wondering why RCM has still not disclosed "quantity sold" with their 2015 financial reporting? I don't see it happening going forward considering they appear to have a new policy of giving away unsold stuff older than a year for free.

I think, New1954 is right. Customers, with "low level" RCM activity . I got such mail as well, my last RCM order was 50c roll...
