found in a loomis roll at work this week , got happy when I saw it just because it's in very good condition then looking at home with a magnifier I saw something on Lincoln's head is this what they call spiked head error? Thanks all!

The error is a Die Crack. A Die Crack Error that runs from the rim to the any part of the head is further classified as a Spike Head, as noted on Cuds on Coins. Nice coin.
