The dramatic image, designed by Canadian artist Derek C. Wicks, presents the goose from above with its wings flapped forward as it prepares to land on a lake below. The engravers' expert technique brings to life every detail of the stunning outspread wings, large-billed face, and strong body. The wings seem to encircle an outcropping of snow-capped evergreens on the shore below. TheForce Pillar of the Community United States 4868 Posts	Posted 01/17/2017 11:50 am I have always wondered why these specimen sets never include a regular loon dollar. Isn't it worthy for the specimen treatment? The special loonies in these are very attractive but why not include both? Report this Post to the Staff

In these sets, the toonie was different with the animals portrayed in the center core but the loonie was standard design.
