Personally, I'd use a hot iron and take some of the wrinkles out of that bill. No kidding! If the edges are intact, and the corners are whole, you could raise the grade on that bill a notch or two. In my reading, it seems that note collectors are more prone to cleaning and pressing their finds to improve appearance than are coin collectors (to cleaning). Of course, you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear; if the bill is badly creased, torn, etc., no amount of pressing or cleaning will help.
I've been looking for almost 18 months for a bill with that low a serial number to no avail. Congratulations on your find.
