I'd say you're still being generous, looks MS63 at best to me to me.

agree ms62-63 at best .look at the scratches between elizabeth and regina... those ar not bag marks..

10 cents are small and light should have fewer marks than a larger coin of similar grade.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
