That 1932/1 Reichsmark is a very interesting coin. I was curious as well and looked at the archives. This seems to be another example, although the picture is not clear.



This is a beautiful coin type, the best of the period in my opinion. It is widely collected in Germany. Regarding overdates: The catalogs I have do not list overdates for coins of this period. I believe this is due to the fact that german coinage is so vast, that striking anomalies go undetected as german collectors tend to overlook them and look for specific types and dates instead.
