Probably not the right forum for this but not really sure where I would post it. Pulled this out of a Circ. bank roll.

What is it ? Looks like copper. weights 2.5 grams. It's the size of a LC.

You are correct, it is from a mint set. I think they started putting these in the mint sets in the mid 1980's. Struck on a cent planchet, they made them for Denver and Philly for inclusion in the mint sets.

Yup, a mint set token. I found one of those a month ago, from a P mint set. Nice find!
