The second is better, but that slight center vertical hit kills a full stepper. Say that #2 is AU58?

AU 55 due to reverse marks for first coin

MS 64 with full step, but maybe a slight knick? Hard for me to tell what a TPG would say about steps without a couple different lighting pictures.
