I just went through $200 in $2's and pulled 2 star notes, a series 1976 and series 2003. I also pulled a series 1976 serial #00990088, it has a teller stamp on it and is not in the best condition with folds and a small tear. Should I keep it for the serial number or not?

I went to my bank today but they only have $16 in two's and said that if I wanted more they could order me $2000 but no less and sadly I don't have that kinda money.

Yeah a brick of 2 dollar bills is 1000 notes so it would be 2000. you need to ask for a strap of 2 dollar bills. It is 100 2 dollar bills and will be 200 dollars.
a brick is 1000 bills regardless of denomination
