My latest acquisition for my set of medals from Utrecht: a medal commemorating the 1900th Anniversary of Utrecht (take that, baby face America!) and at the same time celebrating the Golden Jubilee of Queen Wilhelmina.  |

Meanwhile, NumisEd, *New Utrecht* was one of the earliest European outposts here in the US and continues almost 300 years later to be recognized by all as an established neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York.
Just a guess because you've mentioned it a few times as a landmark, but is that the Dom Tower shown on your medal?

Charles Alltmont & Brother, Reserve LA. Good for $5.00 In Merchandise. Zinc and white metal, 34 mm. From Crawford & Farber, Louisiana Trade Tokens, 2nd Ed.: "This store, known locally as the Reserve and Star Store, has been operated by Charles Alltmont & Brother since 1905. In addition to serving the local community, it also served as the commissary for the Star and Belle Pointe Plantations and for the Godchaux Sugar Refinery." Lloyd's Weekly Newspaper token c/s on 1806-1808 UK penny (KM# 663)   The second counterstamp is interesting. Anyone have an idea what W.S.O.C.C.A.S could be? Here is my other Lloyd's Weekly Newspaper penny with slightly different inscription:  Edited by bd251

Very interesting counterstamped coin, bd251! I wonder if "W.S", "O.C.C.", and "A.S" are three different individuals or entities? The letters seem to be individually punched.
