My father-in-law asked if I wanted to check his change and I saw this one right away. It's the Delaware state counterstamp on a 1997 LMC. The reason I was happy was that it's been YEARS since I found a counterstamp on any coin. ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! I have had a political one that I stamp and distribute fairly regularly in my area that I have come back to me but I don't think that counts. I can't post my counter stamp because of The Forum rules.
