Thought it was special but now after watching the forum I'm guessing it is PMD. Well worn 1940, had to magnify to show there is some detail. TerryT Pillar of the Community Canada 831 Posts	Posted 01/04/2018 02:37 am The unsuccessful 1/2 of an attempt to make a fake error? Squeezed in a vise with another coin? Part of the reverse has been flattened; the rim, C of Cda. date, and leaves have been squished. Most of 1 CENT and CANADA are intact. On the other side, the REX is crushed, but GEORGIUS isn't. Is the lettering cut or is it a raised rim ? Can't quite figure it all out. Please post a couple more photos, that obverse is like a Rorschach test; I see a trident. Report this Post to the Staff
