That's hard to believe. It's a tough coin and usually goes for retail at $1000 max, even a 64 only goes for about $2500. We might be seeing that one again soon. Report this Post to the Staff

In the last 10 seconds, the same two bidders ran it from $2,500 to $3,750 when all was said and done. Lovely coin, but I'm sorry, that's nuts. Although I suppose if you make 6 or 7 figures and you really like the coin, what's a few grand to get what you want? These are the types of auctions that make sellers dance the Snoopy dance.
