It is a strange mark and by Abe's face the copper is raied in a thin sheet. Are these errors worth anything? An estimate?

That looks more to be a lamination error. Lets see what the more educated masses have to say.

Lamination. This one being altogether not too extreme, it's worth about 1 to 3 dollars.
