I'm going with 1801 - look up how rare an 1804 is!!

I'm thinking it is an 1801 as well.

with 1801. The upright is too close to the 0 to be that of a 4.

The last digit is too flat on top and too close to be the 4.

Then the question becomes which 1801 three errors? S-218 or S-219. Unfortunately it's the 219.
