My boyfriend found this 1965 Kennedy clad coin. I've been interested in learning more about mints, DDO / DDR, and errors on his coin collection. Can some one help me out with this one please?

Better pictures with close ups will be needed. It's impossible to grade your coin without sharper pictures.
