Hello again coin gurus! I would like you opinions on this coin. It has a slight yellow tint on the high spots which I fear is from storage in a PVC sleeve. TIA!

VG-10 sharpness, pics suggest cleaning marks, but general color does not, so I'm guessing it's not a details coin.

Thanks for all the input! I just took another look at this coin and it has a yellow tint on the front only. The back is fine. The photos I submitted really don't show this. Will the haze (likely from a PVC sleeve) lower the grade?

Here is another picture of the front. The colors are a little closer to real. The original photo of the back is OK.
