Weighed 2.5 Seems to be a little thicker I was just wondering if it was worth anything?

Would you please post a right side up picture of both sides
in the appropriate forum.
It is possible you might have a rare 1983 3.1g copper cent.

That is a damaged zinc coin. See the gray on the coin. That is zinc. That coin is not a copper planchet. Spend it while you can.

ok......... I have found a 1988 penny that looks like it has an error around the edges of the coin. IN GOD WE TRUST looks like it is in the edge of the coin. It is thicker on the bottom sides then as it goes up it is real thin around the coin. The left side at the bottom is a lot thicker than the other side. I just know that out of all my penny's that I had on my table last night..........this one is different. Any feedback appreciated.
