Gonna guess ICCS put VF-30. Personally I would put it at EF-40 with a possible 'rim ding' designation.

This just looks softly struck to me. Plenty of luster still present within the legends, and minimal friction on the cheek. I would go as high as AU55 on this, but I am sure that's not even close to ICCS's opinion. The ring nicks don't help.
