Thanks loonie, iPhone 11 camera isn't too bad for general shots. I need the scope for varieties though!

I had an alert on for this Loonie. I have 2 sets. It has risen in
price to 189.95. The scarcity of this Loonie is the question.

Anyone know the mintage?

Can't help you Don. Hopefully the mintage is listed in Charlton Vol. 2 7th Edition or newer. It's not in my 2016 6th Edition, because the quantity wasn't known at printing time. Can't find it in the Mints annual reports either. They no longer include mintage. Hope another member, with the correct book, can tell us the mintage. .

This loonie sure has skyrocketed in price. I really don't know why, but $189.95 is crazy. I'm glad you're not in the market for another one at that price. I got mine, ICCS MS-65, before the explosion, for a song, in a package deal. Less than $20 I'm sure. I checked the bay sold section, and people are buying them! I hope it keeps rising.

Got a neat original Terry Fox Looney Card with 2005 Coin Set.

The Looney is toned and I don't mind that. I think it is the
full grass variety. Not sure if it is a business strike or
PL. I like the original Cards.

That's a neat find. I didn't know that these were available in 2005. Looks like they were meant to be filled by anyone with circulation coins. Probably free from the Mint. Didn't they do that for The War of 1812 coins? They were free, limited to 5 per home.

Hello Loonie Lovers. Please don't think I'm crazy, that has been
certified. I found a 2015 Baby Coin Set for a reasonable price and I
also saw on ebay a set for a 2015 Baby Loonie in a 2015 Happy Birthday
Set. Picked that up as well. It is a packaging error set. But with
such a scarce loonie, I thought it was an oddity I could not let pass.
