The AM appears wide because it is a result of an over-polished die. That makes the details thinner, not as deep. the thicker bases of the letters has been removed...hope that makes sense. Error coins are worth whatever someone is willing to pay for them, regardless of actual real world attributal worth and set monetary figures. In short, whatever you can bilk out of an unsuspecting buyer. Ethical...? So what huh? Check ebay sold rates, you'll see it all. As to your specific question, the 92CAM is a lot more of a rarity, would just by pop stats, should indeed command more. The less dies involved in these "Transitional" errors, higher values. The RDV-006 is the wrong one that wear that is a different year variety. The RDV-007 started on all 1993 cents.
