I know very little about errors but isn't that bottom line too straight to be a lamination error .

The bottom line isn't as straight as you would think. This is a wonderful delamation error. This coin should bring a premium for lamination collectors.

Note the devices where the lamination peeled. They are ghost images because of the peel.
