I agree with above, it is a very nice business strike cent in high grade. if it was a Proof no S it would have been worth anywhere between $4000 to $5000 range depending on the grade. here is what a true Proof No S should look like

No, it's a Business Strike coin, from the Philadelphia Mint. It's a very nicely struck example.
