Would appreciate comments re grading my first real variety find. I'm sure I need to work on my lighting for better pictures.

Great find! I would flip that puppy as it is not desirable. Could make $50 to $100!

WOW! Lucky you! I'm sure I've checked in the neighborhood of 20k+ 1984's and never found one.

I hope a TPG will slab it MS-60/61 and they just might. But I think see some rub and signs of light circulation. The cornice and the pillars next to steps are usually the first place to see wear - they look a hair worn.

Still, an AMAZING FIND!

Comments on whether it would be worth the cost to have this coin grade by a TPG? If so, which do you recommend?
Thanks!

Probably worth $100-$125 in a PCGS slab. Personally, I wouldn't spend the money on PCGS. If you can get an ANACS $10 special, it'd be worth it.
