Well, rats. If NGC detailed it, PCGS definitely would. Unless it's at a bargain price, there wouldn't be much upside on this one. It's still a nice coin without a ton of bagginess.

I saw this coin and I thought "wow, that is a sharp specimen!"
But the learning experience came when I looked at other mid-UNC examples of this year and mm, and only then did I realize the color was a little off. Most of the others are several shades blonder.
Still, this one would make a great hole filler in a Dansco!
