inherited from a family estate, I am the "coin guy" so I got this one. But not enough of a coin guy to have any clue what it is! Any ideas?

I realize you can't give the weight because of the two fused heads someone placed for the necklace, but can you give a diameter of just the coin please?

Looks like a Spanish Cob coin. Moving it to a better section for ID.

Hi again - thank you for the notes! Here's the coin on a scale and a measurement - weight of course is way high because of the 2 heads attached, but 14g including all. And diameter is just under 1 inch - maybe 15/16" .. though not exactly round :) Thanks again!

I've been searching Spanish cobs, here's the closest I have found -

1705 1 Real Coin - Spain

Both sides line up reasonably well for details. For diameter, the above says 20mm, mine is maybe 23mm on average, but they don't exactly seem to be precise :) I feel pretty certain it is some variant of the above. Any more thoughts appreciated, cheers!

It looks like a fantasy piece based on a 2R cob. The central PLVS VLTRA lettering should be readable, and I can't make it out.
