Reverse 1, though regardless both are nice, if a little unspectacular. The first one is a bit more visually compelling, while the second leaves more to be desired (Feels empty with just the Liberty Bell and moon).

Both are good. I do prefer the original Eagle reverse, but then again my first pocket piece was a Type 1 Bicentennial.
