1. Was this coin issued south of the equator? I would have to say yes.
2. Is there a 5 in this coins denomination? No
3. Does the equator pass through the country of issue? No
4. Is the country of issue's population greater than 20 million? Yes
5. Is the country of issue's population greater than 25.9 million? Yes

Only a small proportion of people south of the equator would use this coin, compared to north of the equator.

I don't think we need to use the NCLT question

9. Was this coin issued before the first ASE was struck? No
10. Is this coin lager than 25mm? Yes
10a Could be one of those "Vanutuvafiji" coins. No, but getting closer to the place south of the equator that could use this coin.

Remember even some NCLT can be spent when they escape from collections.
