I definitely can't spot a cleaned coin at this stage of my coin knowledge journey, so thanks for all your help and willingness to offer the information. This is one my favorite coins, 1. Being a earlier LWC.2. It's uniquely toned in a cherry red rich luster. It is not grainy when you view in person, it's got great eye appeal to my untrained eyes. Curious what grade you will give it.
BTW - Luster is not red, it's not a color at all. It's the fine flow lines produced on all coins during the minting process. These flow lines, reflect light creating luster and produce a cartwheel effect when reflected under light and rotated.
