It's very hard to say with 100% certainty with these photos but it does look like some of the Wyoming DDRs. It looks similar to 2007-D Wyoming DDR-001, but I don't think it's a match.

Any way you can get closer pics?

I'm leaning towards MD, I'm seeing the affect farther up the mane (2 locations) large part hi-lighted by arrow and second one just right of it...

Can we get a clearer picture of the whole reverse of the coin, seem like some other spots may give a better indication
