Thank you, walk2dwater and jbuck!  Cambodia issued about 8 commemorative banknotes. Here are three of them commemorate the birthdays of the current King of Cambodia, Norodom Sihamouni: "60th Birthday King Norodom Sihamoni" - 2012 
 "62nd Birthday of King Norodom Sihamoni" - 2015 
 "65th Birthday of King Norodom Sihamoni" - 2017 
 The famous photo used to design the 2012 banknote. It shows King Father and Mother, Norodom Sihanouk and Norodom Monineath with Norodom Sihamouni:  |
