3wheels New Member United States 42 Posts	Posted 09/16/2019 11:07 am Looking at it, It looks to be level. You can almost see the beginnings of the top part of a D and L, which gives it a little bump. Also the top parts of United States of America seem to be lower/fainter in places then the rest of the letters. Report this Post to the Staff
