The only place I see anything unusual is at the 2 which appears to have a D there as well. But the D is no where near as bold as the 2 and I suspect it is raised while the 2 is incuse. This is the result of a hard contact withthe edge of anothe coin the transferred a slightly raised D from the incuse D on its own edge.
