I just checked all three sites and none listed.It does not look like a RPM to me, but I can't tell you what it is.

The first s seems to be straight up and down and the 2nd s seems to have a 10 degree clockwise tilt

Sometimes you can see reflection on proof coins:
1984-S-LMC-Doubling-On-The-Mint-Mark
But I don't think on this cent that it is a reflection issue.
