Honestly, that is such a total opinion call. Personally I like the coin. I would get it as long as he isn't asking too much.

Buy what you like, as long as it wasn't stored in a wine cellar in Ohio, and you feel the price is fair. IMO looks like AT (but I'm by no means a pro)

That one is in between a rock and a hard place . The coin looks mid MS so it could be NT . Wait for the toning experts to chime in .

The vivid turquoise and purple toning are normally an indication of artificial Electrolight toning.
