It was a good day at work today. A small batch of MPCs (Military Payment Certificates) walked in.

Not my specialty but I do like them for the history. All are series 681 and used in Vietnam. If I'm wrong feel free to correct me.

Really only needed the $1 note but asked the boss about the lot. He gave them to me for nothing. I didn't complain.

A few French MPCs in the lot as well but haven't asked about those. Perhaps tomorrow. One was really nice.

Very nice
I only have a few but they were my dads when he was in Korea in the mid/late 60s (he enlisted so he didn't go to Vietnam, his reward was a long slow boat ride across the Pacific followed by 13 months on the DMZ)
