I don't know how much this will help, but found these comparable examples of mid-19th c. Russian coppers with full brockage errors:

Here is a 2 kopek in worse condition than yours that sold for 10 pounds in 2016: https://www.acsearch.info/image.html?id=3118415
Here is a full brockage 1/2 kopek of the same era that did not get the opening bid of 30 CHF https://www.numisbids.com/n.php?lot...lot&sid=3536
And 1 kopek in nice grade that did very well.

I am not an error collector, so I don't know how having a visible date affects value.
