Tried to get a good image or two of the colors, not sure I captured the full spectrum. I saw everything myself while turning it in the light: yellow, red, orange, purple, blue, green. Is this what is considered a Rainbow Coin and if so, should I have it graded by PCGS? Thank you for your time.

underneath that toning is a fairly harshly cleaned coin. the toning you see is most likely from it being improperly cleaned. this coin does not warrant the costs of grading. XF/AU details
