It looks genuine but cleaned to me. So many CBHs are cleaned and/or dipped. I wonder if the color is caused by the photography or not.
The early years of CBHs had a huge number of uneven/bad strikes mostly caused by the sheer size of the coin and the primitive production methods. Those produced in the later years like this one had much more even strikes. I don't see this coin as exceptional or perfect. Lots of early die states look like this and some were not cleaned and have luster. I'd look for a better coin considering the price.
