The inscription is "Yong Zheng tong bao", from the coinage of the Yong Zheng emperor of China (ruled 1722-1735). However, the rim is much narrower on this piece than on normal coins of this period; I suspect it is a modern charm.

This piece could be legitimate or maybe a replica, but since the reverse side is not shown it could be any one of eighteen coins. For the OP to get a better reply, the other side needs to be posted. At least that would point to H#22.170 to H#22.187 Some coins did have narrower rims while many were wider.
