Could I please get some opinions on this? I 'm not sure if this is the S/L date error or just die chips. These are the best photos I can do.

On the small over large date, they '0' is the first clue. Then the RPM is the next thing to look for:

Do die chip errors like this affect grading/value? I have several of these 1960-D pennies with similar errors around the "6" that are otherwise in mid-to-high (63 to maybe 67).
