Lincoln cent ¢ very botched and trouble seeing the date 1 9 8 ..3... ? 5...? Not sure. Is this coin worthless or priceless? Please help.

As mentioned earlier, a parking lot coin. Date appears to be a 1989-D.

As noted, it's all just damage. Spend it and look for more interesting coins. Just a cent and worth a cent.

If you placed a coin on the street, parked so the front wheel was sitting on the coin and then turned the steering wheel, you could get a coin that looks something like this. If the coin is a zinc, it'll probably start to break down where the damage is deepest. If it's copper, it could look just like this for a thousand years or so.
