Hello everyone I found this a few days ago and forgot to post it all feedback is greatly appreciated. I believe this is a D/D RPM but I'm still not 100% sure. Thanks again everyone.

Definitely an RPM. See if you can match it on variety vista.

It looks like it could be the 64D RPM-012. Attached is a photo of a marker on the discovery coin I have in my collection. The die gouge dot cluster left of the A in DOLLAR, under the star. May be this can help you attribute your half.
