I have orders for all of the Morgan's... so far all orders are still "Processing". It's official, the Mint hates me.  Edited by BamaBlue

I wonder what the 2021 Morgan/Peace will look like in 2121? Wonder what collectors then will think of these. I also collect ancient Greek/Roman coins so 100 years hence ain't much I guess. Speaking of beautiful coins, ancient Greek tetradrachms are awesome, from Syracuse for example. More impressive than Morgans any day IMO and hand struck.
My Morgan D, S and Peace are in the hands of USPS. My Morgan "P" still processing. Wasn't able to get CC, O.

I just got a hold of them, took about 30 separate calls and 50 minutes on hold after that but they fixed my credit card info and order is good. Just have to keep trying.

I received the D & S mintmarks today! They shipped from a fulfillment center in Memphis TN.

The two shipments I received yesterday, one OGP was carefully wrapped in paper in the box. The other was unprotected flying around the box with a wad of paper jammed in next to it. Clearly they have some shipping standards to improve.

It was wrapped in the white paper, but there was more wiggle room than there has been in other recent shipments. |

Got a text from DaMint with a tracking # for my Peace...
As for the "engraving" quality, I seriously wonder if today's dies are computer generated as opposed to a person with actual engraving tools, etc. Hence the "flat" details. There are some stamps out there being issued that appear "engraved" and/or intaglio printed, but do not have the classic look & feel of a true engraved stamp.
